Job Summary
Focusing on patient experience analytics, the full-time Business Intelligence Developer II will collaborate with operational and clinical stakeholders to define KPIs, develop semantic models in Microsoft Fabric, and deliver actionable reporting solutions while working remotely from specified states.
Key responsibilities
- Integrate Epic and Press Ganey patient experience data to create comprehensive insights into patient journeys
- Design and implement semantic models in Microsoft Fabric to ensure trustworthy and self-service patient experience data
- Develop AI-ready data schemas and facilitate the configuration of data agents for accurate natural-language analytics
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer sciences, math, information systems, statistics, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in clinical, business, or healthcare operational areas
- Epic certification in Cogito, Clarity, or Caboodle must be obtained within the first 90 days of employment
- Strong data modeling and SQL-based analysis skills
- Experience with survey and sentiment data analysis
