Business Intelligence Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Intelligence Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage business analytic processes including documentation, project planning, development, testing, implementation, and reporting
• Serve as the lead liaison between business groups, IT, and vendors to ensure project completion
• Design business metrics and evaluate software/hardware planning, making recommendations to executive management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) and a minimum of 6 years of related experience, including 5 years at the management level
• Experience in Project Management, Business Analytics, and/or the commercial real estate industry preferred
• Advanced skills in financial modeling, planning, and database management/business intelligence
• PMP (Project Management Professional) designation preferred
• Knowledge of loan servicing and/or commercial real estate processes preferred
