Business Intelligence Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Business Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day analytics, reporting, and dashboards for the Account real estate portfolio
• Support the development of portfolio health metrics and translate complex data into executive insights
• Act as the primary analytics interface for stakeholders and enhance analytics for strategic portfolio management

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in BI, analytics, and dashboarding (Power BI/Tableau preferred)
• Expert in MS 365, particularly Excel modeling
• Experience with automation software and managing data in cloud environments
• Background in real estate, finance, or portfolio data
• Strong data governance and management discipline
