Key Responsibilities

Gather core intelligence from cross-functional teams to generate key trends and insights
Develop and implement BI platforms and applications to enhance client portfolio visibility
Recruit, manage, and train BI staff to meet client objectives

Required Qualifications

10+ years of relevant experience in Analytical or Business Intelligence roles
5+ years of experience in Commercial Real Estate (CRE)
5+ years of data benchmarking experience
Advanced degree with significant on-the-job experience
Project management skills to drive projects forward
