Business Intelligence Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the BI Engineer I will manage internal business applications, oversee operational workflows, and enhance communication between operations and IT through data-driven analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate tasks within internal business applications to ensure efficient operations
• Monitor and maintain scheduled reports in Looker and Power BI, while performing data import/export and cleansing
• Analyze data to identify trends and implement process improvements, maintaining continuous communication with clients

Required qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or suitable experience in a related field
• Proficiency with data management and inventory systems, including data import/export and cleansing
• Familiarity with SFTP protocols and account management
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and patterns in data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with operations, IT, and clients
