Business Intelligence Engineer

Job Summary

To support data solutions, the full-time Business Intelligence Engineer will design and maintain ETL processes, perform gap analysis for onboarding new businesses, and optimize data workflows while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain ETL processes and data warehousing for product solutions
• Perform gap analysis for new business onboarding across various practice management systems
• Monitor and troubleshoot production jobs to ensure data environment reliability

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with ETL processing using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
• Strong working knowledge of data warehouse implementation best practices and T-SQL
• Experience with revenue cycle management (RCM) data and building analytics platforms
• Ability to write and maintain technical documentation for ETL processes
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
