Business Intelligence Engineer

Job Summary

Collaborating with the Operational Analytics team, the full-time Business Intelligence Engineer will manage data models, dashboards, and analytical solutions to enhance operational performance remotely while transforming raw data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Assists with the development, scaling, and maintenance of data models and analytical solutions supporting operations
• Leverages complex analytical tools to create data-driven solutions and meet reporting requirements
• Produces repeatable and ad-hoc reports to measure and interpret business trends for key stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field
• Two years of experience in data management and analysis within a managed care company
• Two years of experience working with claims data to evaluate reimbursement changes and quality outcomes
• Strong programming skills with SQL and experience with querying tools such as Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
