Business Intelligence Engineer
Job Summary
Designing and developing enterprise contact center analytics solutions, the full-time Business Intelligence Engineer will manage the analytics lifecycle, including data acquisition, reporting, and AI-enabled insights, while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain SQL views, stored procedures, and data warehouse structures
- Administer enterprise business intelligence solutions, including Power BI dashboards and reporting frameworks
- Perform trend analysis and develop forecasting models to support operational and strategic decision-making
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or related technical disciplines
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server databases and developing ETL/ELT processes
- Experience with business intelligence platforms like Power BI and data visualization tools
- Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in analytics and reporting
