Key Responsibilities
- Lead BI analysts in delivering strategic insights and data products for Operations, Customer Experience, and Finance
- Establish strategic trust and ownership of the BI team's roadmap, aligning data priorities with business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data architecture and ensure operational and financial integrity
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in data analytics or BI, with 3-4 years in a management role
- Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive unified strategies
- Mastery of modern data stack including SQL, DBT, and BI visualization tools
- Experience in transformational leadership and fostering a generative culture
- Strong understanding of AI tools and their application in enhancing data utility
