Business Intelligence Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Intelligence Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the overall business intelligence vision, roadmap, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with business leaders
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of KPIs, reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
• Manage the delivery of analytic projects and support ad-hoc reporting needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
• Experience in the insurance industry
• 4+ years of SQL experience; Python experience is a plus
• 4+ years of experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau)
• 4+ years of experience with schema design and dimensional data modeling
