Business Intelligence Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Intelligence Lead (IAM).

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and redesign L1 and L2 IAM workflows to identify inefficiencies and improve service delivery
• Analyze IAM operational metrics to prioritize transformation initiatives and establish performance targets
• Identify and implement automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency and security compliance

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• 8+ years of experience in IAM, Cyber Security, IT Operations, or operational transformation roles
• Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management lifecycle and operational workflows
• Experience designing or implementing automation using Azure and enterprise platforms
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
