Business Intelligence Lead

Job Summary

Owning the reporting infrastructure, the full-time remote Business Intelligence Lead will manage data extraction, standardize reporting processes, and optimize performance marketing efforts across various business verticals.

Key responsibilities

• Audit and standardize existing reporting dashboards while collaborating with stakeholders to identify discrepancies and improve data literacy
• Conduct retrospective analyses and deliver insights on campaign performance, conversion rates, and other key metrics to support business decision-making
• Develop complex data models and ensure the effective use of data across teams, fostering a culture of self-service analytics

Required qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics, particularly in performance or affiliate marketing
• Expertise in SQL and experience with unstructured complex data
• Proficiency in LookML development or equivalent tools like Power BI/Tableau
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and business acumen
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with business teams and drive actionable insights
