Business Intelligence Lead

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Business Intelligence Lead to manage the reporting infrastructure that drives decision-making across various verticals, working remotely and focusing on data extraction, performance marketing optimization, and enhancing data literacy within teams.

Key responsibilities

• Audit and standardize existing reporting across assigned verticals, identifying discrepancies and improving dashboard accuracy
• Collaborate with business teams to uncover trends, conduct analyses, and connect data insights to actionable business decisions
• Establish trusted relationships with stakeholders by providing proactive analyses and developing a self-service analytics reporting suite

Required qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics, with a focus on performance or affiliate marketing
• Expertise in SQL and experience with unstructured complex data
• Proficient in advanced LookML development or equivalent in Power BI/Tableau
• Strong understanding of reporting ownership and data literacy principles
• Demonstrated ability to connect data insights to business performance metrics
