Job Summary

Owning the reporting infrastructure, the full-time remote Business Intelligence Lead will manage data extraction, standardize reporting processes, and optimize performance marketing efforts to drive business insights across various verticals.

Key responsibilities

• Audit and standardize existing reporting processes to enhance data consumption across assigned verticals
• Collaborate with business teams to uncover trends and conduct retrospective analyses to inform decision-making
• Develop and maintain complex data models while ensuring clarity and usability of dashboards for stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics, specifically in performance or affiliate marketing
• Expertise in SQL and experience with unstructured complex data
• Proficiency in LookML development or equivalent tools like Power BI/Tableau
• Demonstrated ability to connect data insights to business performance metrics
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on reporting ownership and data literacy
