Business Intelligence Lead

Job Summary

To support data-driven decision-making, the full-time Business Intelligence Lead will manage reporting infrastructure and performance marketing analytics remotely, collaborating closely with business teams to uncover trends and optimize campaign performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own and standardize reporting processes across various business verticals, ensuring accurate insights are derived from complex data
• Collaborate with stakeholders to bridge business context with data understanding, enhancing dashboard usability and relevance
• Conduct proactive retrospective analyses to identify trends and performance levers that drive business growth

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics, with a focus on performance or affiliate marketing
• Expertise in SQL and experience with unstructured complex data
• Proficient in LookML development or equivalent tools such as Power BI/Tableau
• Strong understanding of reporting ownership and data literacy principles
• Demonstrated ability to connect data insights to business outcomes and drive actionable recommendations
