Business Intelligence Lead

Job Summary

To support the optimization of its tech ecosystem, the full-time remote Business Intelligence Lead will manage the implementation and operational stability of a unified Business Intelligence platform, overseeing data warehouse architecture, metric standardization, and stakeholder enablement.

Key responsibilities

• Project manage the implementation and maintenance of the data warehouse ecosystem and user-friendly dashboard suites tailored for various departments
• Implement and maintain enterprise data catalogs to ensure transparency in data lineage from source systems to BI layers
• Collaborate with leadership to establish a centralized catalog of standardized corporate KPIs for consistent reporting across the organization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Hands-on proficiency with cloud data warehousing concepts and advanced SQL
• Expert-level mastery of visualization platforms like PowerBI or AWS Quicksight
• Familiarity with global and regional data privacy standards is a significant advantage
