Job Summary
Leading the transformation to a self-service analytics organization, the full-time remote Business Intelligence Lead will define the vision and strategy for enterprise Business Intelligence, modernize analytics platforms, and empower business users with trusted data while mentoring a growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the enterprise Business Intelligence strategy and roadmap, focusing on self-service analytics capabilities
- Architect and implement Business Intelligence solutions using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Databricks
- Establish governance and security standards while mentoring Business Intelligence Analysts and Developers
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of technical leadership experience in enterprise Business Intelligence initiatives
- Expert-level experience with Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, SAP BusinessObjects, and Databricks
- Proven success in implementing enterprise self-service analytics programs
