Business Intelligence Manager

Job Summary

Leading the development and strategic utilization of data and analytics, the remote Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager will transform data into actionable insights that drive decision-making across various departments, including Supply Chain and Finance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development, governance, and scaling of the supply chain data warehouse and analytics platforms
• Mine and analyze large datasets to uncover operational risks and support strategic decision-making
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to define and standardize key business performance metrics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5-10 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or supply chain analytics
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with large-scale datasets
• Familiarity with Google BigQuery, Looker, and modern analytics platforms
• Strong understanding of supply chain, manufacturing, and financial processes
