Business Intelligence Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Intelligence Manager to provide technology-enabled solutions that enhance operational efficiencies and occupant experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver data analytics and governance support, including data mapping, assessments, and dashboard development
• Design and implement BI solutions aligned with the client's data strategy and manage client relationships
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide training on BI platforms to team members

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology
• Experience in business analytics or data visualization software
• Familiarity with data mapping and modeling
• Knowledge of Power BI and SQL preferred; ETL tools experience is a plus
• Experience in a software product or BI product team is advantageous
