Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage Metabase infrastructure for reporting on various operational metrics
• Lead and develop a team of BI Analysts, focusing on speed, structure, and results
• Collaborate with stakeholders to transform ambiguous questions into actionable analyses

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing analysts or technical contributors
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with BI tools, preferably Metabase
• Ability to design effective reporting systems that reflect operational performance
• Demonstrated clarity of thought and strong ownership of tasks
