Business Intelligence Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Intelligence Manager to oversee its BI function and ensure data integrity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the single source of truth for business intelligence, ensuring data accuracy for invoicing and financial reporting
• Design and maintain business-facing data marts, validating data pipelines and ensuring timely and accurate data
• Lead root-cause analysis for data issues and establish governance processes for master data management

Required Qualifications

• Strong SQL expertise with hands-on experience in analyzing and debugging complex datasets
• Experience with modern data platforms like Databricks or equivalent
• Proficient in dashboarding and reporting using Power BI or similar tools
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analysis, or a related field
• Practical project delivery skills, able to plan and execute BI initiatives effectively
