• Establish and scale the company's analytics engineering function, including processes, standards, and best practices

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics Engineering, or Data Engineering
• Proven experience founding and scaling an analytics engineering or BI function
• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship experience managing technical team members
• Advanced expertise in Snowflake, dbt, Sigma (or comparable BI platforms), and SQL optimization
• Deep knowledge of analytics architecture, data modeling, and performance tuning
