Business Intelligence Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Business Intelligence to lead and scale its BI function.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of Business Intelligence Analysts and Data Engineers
• Partner with leadership to shape and execute the BI roadmap and implement structured processes for BI initiatives
• Oversee data modeling standards, analytics best practices, and ensure reliable reporting for stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics functions
• 1-3+ years of people management experience
• Strong knowledge of data modeling and analytics systems architecture
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with BI tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
• Experience in high-growth environments, preferably in regulated industries
