Business Intelligence Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of analysts, the full-time Business Intelligence Manager will manage high-visibility reporting and analytics initiatives, serving as the primary BI contact for various business categories while working remotely or in a hybrid capacity, preferably on the East Coast.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 2-4 BI analysts across assigned verticals
• Own end-to-end delivery of dashboards, data models, and ad hoc analysis using Looker and Databricks
• Translate ambiguous business and data questions into structured analytical problems and deliver actionable insights quickly

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics or BI, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or mentoring role
• Strong SQL skills and experience with Databricks or similar cloud data platforms
• Proficiency in Looker and data modeling
• Experience supporting paid and earned media across various business areas
• Ability to manage competing stakeholder priorities effectively
