Business Intelligence Manager

Job Summary

Partnering with operations across a portfolio of 40+ Live Music amphitheaters, the full-time Business Intelligence Manager will support decision-making in concessions, pricing, and operations while delivering insights and analytics services to improve business efficiency and innovation in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver business intelligence and analytics services to in-venue stakeholders, including developing venue knowledge and leveraging reporting standards
• Support monthly business and post-event reviews to share performance updates and develop optimal pricing and promotion strategies
• Inform innovation initiatives to enhance guest experience and profitability while maintaining data integrity and completing ad-hoc analytics projects

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in quantitative, analytical consulting, or client-facing roles, with experience interacting with organizational leadership
• Bachelor's or master's degree in business analytics, statistics, economics, or a related field
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, R, Python, and/or PowerBI for analysis and visualization
• Experience communicating statistical findings to non-technical audiences
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders independently while maintaining attention to detail
