Business Intelligence Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Business Intelligence Manager, this remote role will manage a BI Analyst, execute the BI roadmap, and collaborate with leadership to transform data into actionable business insights.

Key responsibilities

• Write SQL, build dashboards, and conduct analytical deep-dives to generate insights
• Drive self-service analytics by training business partners and establishing data governance standards
• Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for operational stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in analytics, business intelligence, or data science, with at least 1 year in a management role
• Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in a BI tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Experience with Python or another scripting language for data manipulation
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and communicate findings to diverse audiences
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in analytics
