Business Intelligence Manager

Job Summary

Leading critical business intelligence initiatives, the full-time Business Intelligence Manager will oversee the design, development, and implementation of BI projects, manage a team of analysts, and ensure data-driven decision-making while working onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and management to the Business Intelligence team, ensuring project milestones and budgets are met
• Identify trends in complex data sets and present findings to company leadership, making data-driven recommendations
• Design and implement ETL procedures for data intake, ensuring data quality and integrity across BI operations

Required qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Analytics, or a related field
• 5 to 10 years of supervisory experience, including at least 5 years managing Business Intelligence or Business Analysts
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Hands-on experience with SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, and familiarity with Microsoft Azure and AWS platforms
• Knowledge of data modeling techniques and experience with analytics platform modernization initiatives
