Business Intelligence Manager

Job Summary

Leading the design and optimization of enterprise data solutions, the full-time remote Business Intelligence Manager will manage data analytics, governance, and reporting while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and measurable operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement dashboards aligned with business priorities using Power BI and TRIANA solutions
• Lead the account data governance program, ensuring data quality and managing report inventories
• Develop the analytics roadmap and conduct data assessments to support system integrations and reporting enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Management, or Analytics roles
• Advanced expertise in Power BI, including data modeling and dashboard development
• Experience designing and administering SharePoint Online environments for collaboration and workflow automation
• Strong project management skills with a proven ability to deliver initiatives on schedule
