Job Summary

Leading a small to medium-sized team, the full-time Business Intelligence Manager will focus on data integration, operational reporting, and advanced analytics while leveraging AI and automation to enhance business workflows in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and supervision to the analytics team, including performance evaluations and development
• Develop advanced analytical solutions and translate complex data into actionable insights using AI techniques
• Design and build automation solutions using Power Automate to streamline reporting and data handling processes

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in team leadership and management within a data analytics environment
• Strong background in advanced analytics and familiarity with AI and machine learning applications
• Experience with Power Platform tools, including Power BI and Power Automate
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and insights
• Knowledge of BI governance and data management principles
