Business Intelligence Manager
Job Summary
Managing a team focused on creating enterprise-class data assets, the full-time remote Business Intelligence Manager will oversee the development of reports, visualizations, and dashboards that provide business insights and support decision-making.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business requirements while managing the design and development of scalable solutions
- Lead and direct the team's daily operations, ensuring successful outcomes and adherence to policies and procedures
- Develop and implement new BI and analytical solutions, providing training to end-users and managing the software development life cycle
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience; Master's degree preferred
- Experience with Power BI, Snowflake-based analytics, and advanced SQL
- Proven track record in managing large-scale BI or analytics platform migrations
- Experience in healthcare analytics environments is a plus
- Strong organizational influence and executive communication skills
