Job Summary
Supporting the marketing organization, the full-time remote Business Intelligence Principal in Sales Operations will build dashboards, analyze market and sales data, and provide actionable insights to enhance growth and performance across various departments.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for marketing performance and campaign effectiveness
- Analyze customer and market data to identify trends and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align metrics and reporting definitions
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, analytics, statistics, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence or marketing analytics
- Strong experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Advanced skills in Excel and experience with large datasets
- Experience with SQL and CRM platforms
