Business Intelligence Reporting Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting enterprise reporting modernization efforts, the remote Business Intelligence Reporting Analyst will assist with report conversion, dashboard development, and data analysis initiatives while focusing on improving data accessibility and reporting efficiency over a contract duration of 10+ months.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for enterprise reporting environments
• Analyze, reconcile, and validate data across multiple systems and reporting sources
• Gather and translate business requirements into effective reporting and analytics solutions

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience developing BI dashboards and enterprise reports using Power BI
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Databricks and advanced SQL queries
• Must possess at least one current industry-recognized certification in data analytics or business intelligence
• Experience supporting report conversion or modernization initiatives in HR or Financial reporting environments
