Business Intelligence Senior Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting transformational projects in HR, the full-time Business Intelligence Senior Analyst will leverage advanced Power BI and Power Automate skills to analyze processes, automate workflows, and deliver data-driven insights, with remote work options available for candidates in Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Kentucky, or Tennessee.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze HR business processes for automation and AI opportunities
• Create and maintain visual process flow maps and Power BI dashboards
• Produce scripts for data preparation and serve as backup support for HRIS systems

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Minimum of four years of application/business/systems or reporting experience
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel
• Proficiency in SQL queries
• Experience in applying business processes into system workflows
