Business Intelligence Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading a team of analysts, the full-time remote Business Intelligence Supervisor will manage the enterprise reporting and analytics platform, serving as the primary administrator of Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, while delivering analytics that transform business questions into trustworthy reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the administration of the Power BI Service and On-Prem Power BI Report Server, including settings and deployment pipelines
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting needs and supervise the design and delivery of dashboards and reports
• Lead and mentor the team on Power BI, T-SQL, and semantic modeling, ensuring effective implementation of BI tools

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or enterprise analytics
• 3+ years as a tenant-level administrator of Power BI Service or Microsoft Fabric
• 3 to 5 years of experience with T-SQL programming
• Prior management experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED equivalent; college degree preferred
