Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Intelligence Technical Lead to shape and own their internal business intelligence platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the BI platform stack, including tools like Power BI and visualization libraries
• Collaborate with engineers and analysts to design a KPI-driven semantic layer and support self-service analytics
• Lead the UI/UX design of dashboards and visualizations, ensuring clarity and accessibility

Required Qualifications

• 4-7+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or data engineering roles
• Proficient in Python and SQL for analytics and reporting dashboard development
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Looker, or Tableau
• Strong understanding of data pipeline tools like RudderStack or Airbyte
• Experience with semantic layers and managing data schemas
