Business Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an experienced Business Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the business functional expert in the solution's functional areas
• Lead requirements gathering and business process analysis for the client's Automation System
• Support ongoing project activities, including planning and designing system changes

Required Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in business process analysis on a notary public IT project
• At least three years of experience in collaborative business process assessment and re-engineering
• Ability to provide client/user end reference contact information for applicable projects
• Experience with a government agency IT system supporting third-party APIs (desirable)
• Experience building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders (desirable)
