Job Summary

Driving business transformation and AI integration, the full-time remote Business Lead, Industrial Software will own P&L accountability, lead strategic initiatives, and develop a high-performing team within a profitable software business.

• Own full P&L accountability and set financial and operational goals across all functions
• Lead the transformation of the business, focusing on AI integration and operational improvements
• Develop and maintain a high-performing sales organization while fostering key client relationships

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in P&L management and accountability for revenue targets
• Track record of leading business transformations and modernizing operations
• Strong understanding of AI's impact on business processes and product development
• Experience building and leading commercial teams in complex B2B environments
