Job Summary

Driving business transformation and AI integration, the full-time remote Business Lead, Industrial Software will own P&L accountability, lead a team of 20-30, and set strategic direction to modernize operations and capture growth in the industrial software sector.

Key responsibilities

• Own full P&L accountability, setting financial and operational goals while driving revenue growth
• Lead business transformation initiatives, defining the AI maturity roadmap and embedding AI features into products
• Develop and maintain a high-performing sales organization, establishing KPIs and optimizing sales infrastructure

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in P&L management and accountability for revenue targets
• Demonstrated success in leading business transformations and modernizing operations
• Strong understanding of AI applications in business and ability to drive measurable outcomes
• Track record of building and leading commercial teams in complex B2B environments
• Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution in ambiguous settings
