Job Summary

Seeking a commercially sharp and transformation-oriented Business Lead, Industrial Software to manage a full-time remote role, driving business strategy, revenue growth, and AI integration for an established software platform in the industrial sector.

Key responsibilities

• Own full P&L accountability, setting financial and operational goals while driving revenue growth through effective pipeline management
• Lead business transformation initiatives, including AI strategy implementation and product positioning, to enhance operational efficiency
• Develop and mentor the sales organization, establishing best practices in sales infrastructure and maintaining key client relationships

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in P&L management and driving revenue targets
• Track record of successfully leading business transformations and modernizing operations
• Strong understanding of AI applications in business processes
• Experience in building and leading commercial teams in a B2B environment
• Familiarity with complex industrial distribution sectors and the ability to earn trust with stakeholders
