Job Summary

Driving business transformation, the full-time Business Lead, Industrial Software will own P&L accountability, lead AI strategy implementation, and oversee a team to modernize operations and capture growth in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own full P&L accountability, setting financial and operational goals while driving revenue growth
• Lead business transformation initiatives, defining the AI maturity roadmap and championing AI adoption across the organization
• Develop and maintain the sales organization, establishing KPIs and performance metrics to enhance commercial effectiveness

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in P&L management and driving accountability for revenue targets
• Demonstrated ability to lead business transformations and modernize operations effectively
• Strong understanding of AI applications in business and a track record of implementing impactful strategies
• Experience in building and leading commercial teams with a focus on sales operations and customer expansion
• Familiarity with complex B2B environments, particularly in industrial distribution or related sectors
