Job Summary

Driving the next phase of business evolution, the full-time remote Business Lead, Industrial Software will own P&L accountability, lead transformation initiatives integrating AI, and develop sales strategies to enhance growth and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Own full P&L accountability and drive revenue growth through disciplined forecasting and pipeline management
• Lead business transformation initiatives, defining the division's AI maturity roadmap and championing AI adoption across operations
• Develop and maintain a high-performing sales organization, establishing KPIs and competitive intelligence programs

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in P&L management and driving accountability for revenue targets
• Track record of leading successful business transformations in complex B2B environments
• Strong understanding of AI's potential in vertical software and ability to implement high-impact strategies
• Experience building and leading commercial teams in business development and sales operations
• Familiarity with industrial distribution or related sectors, demonstrating credibility and trust with operators
