Business Lead - Reinsurance Technology

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Lead - Reinsurance Tech Modernization.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the business representative on reinsurance technology initiatives and drive agreement on target-state processes
• Manage process improvement projects and ensure business value is realized through effective stakeholder engagement and testing
• Act as the key point of contact for IT squads, ensuring business needs are prioritized and issues are escalated appropriately

Required Qualifications

• BS degree in accounting, finance, business, or equivalent required
• Minimum of 10 years of management responsibility
• Strong understanding of reinsurance and post placement reinsurance operations
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in post placement reinsurance areas
• Prior experience with large reinsurance-related technology initiatives is strongly preferred
