Business Learning Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Senior Health Solutions Service team, the full-time Business Learning Specialist will facilitate engaging virtual training experiences, collaborate with business partners to ensure training alignment with objectives, and drive employee performance and retention in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging virtual learning experiences for new hires and existing associates
• Deliver training content with energy and professionalism while adapting to diverse learner needs
• Evaluate learner performance and recommend improvements to training materials and delivery methods

Required qualifications

• Experience supporting Medicare Supplement products and related operational processes
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence positive outcomes
• Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work remotely with access to high-speed internet in the U.S. or Puerto Rico
