Business Line Management Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Command Center - Business Line Management Instrumentation Engineer (Dynatrace).

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain Dynatrace monitoring, including installing/configuring OneAgent
• Build and enhance Dynatrace dashboards and support basic reporting and performance insights
• Support integration of monitoring alerts with cloud environments such as AWS and Azure

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline with 5+ years of relevant experience OR HS diploma/GED with 13+ years of relevant experience
• 5+ years of experience in technical support involving system design, integration, or operations
• 1+ year of hands-on experience with Dynatrace, including OneAgent installation/configuration and dashboards
• Ability to provide technical input to APM solution development and continuous improvement initiatives
• Knowledge of reviewing current APM capabilities and recommending remediation actions
