Business Line Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Line Manager - Americas.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve market objectives and financial targets for the Business Unit
• Develop business growth and market share goals in collaboration with partners
• Oversee daily operations of the sales team, providing leadership and support

Required Qualifications

• Engineering degree required; business degree is a plus
• Minimum 10 years of experience in an international business environment
• Industrial Gas Process Plant experience is desirable
• Proven track record in sales development and territory management
• Fluency in English is required; Spanish and Portuguese are preferred
