Business Line Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Line Manager to oversee the Cryogenic Pumps Business Unit and drive growth in the Americas.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve market objectives and financial targets for the Business Unit
• Manage P&L for the local entity and promote customer relationships
• Develop business strategies and ensure effective utilization of CRM tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years in an international business environment
• Proven track record in sales development and key account management
• Fluency in English; Spanish and Portuguese preferred
• Strong financial acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
