Job Summary

To enhance the digital presence of the dealership network, the full-time Business Listings & Citation Specialist will manage and optimize business listings across various platforms, ensuring data accuracy and alignment while collaborating with SEO and digital marketing teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Own and optimize business listings across major platforms like Google, Bing, and Yelp
• Identify and resolve inconsistencies in listings to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate with SEO and digital marketing teams to drive performance and establish best practices

Required qualifications

• Experience with listings and citation platforms (Google, Bing, Apple Maps, etc.)
• Working knowledge of SEO and its impact on search performance
• High school graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older
• Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
• Ability to coach and influence others to drive consistency and best practices
