Business Loan Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Lending Division, the full-time salaried VP, Business Loan Specialist will assist customers with loan applications, provide outstanding service, and cross-sell additional company products while maintaining communication throughout the lending process.

Key responsibilities:

• Contact and advise applicants on loan application status and necessary actions
• Prescreen and process loan applications, ensuring accurate documentation and timely updates
• Cross-sell Newtek products and services to enhance customer relationships and support business growth

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
• 1-4 years of customer service experience
• Sales or lending experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Familiarity with financial reports, including tax returns and cash flow projections
