Business Loan Specialist

Job Summary

Assisting the Lending division, the full-time AVP, Business Loan Specialist will provide exceptional customer service to lending customers, facilitate loan applications, and support the underwriting and closing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the completion of loan applications and compile necessary documents for pre-qualification
• Provide outstanding customer service to existing and potential lending customers
• Support the underwriting and closing processes for loan applications

Required qualifications

• Intermediate computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office suite
• College degree preferred
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks concurrently
• Strong listening and communication skills
• Willingness to participate in hands-on training and coaching modules
