Business Loan Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Lending Division, the full-time salaried VP, Business Loan Specialist will assist customers with loan applications, provide exceptional service, and cross-sell company products while maintaining communication throughout the lending process.

Key responsibilities:

• Contact referrals and advise customers on application status and necessary actions
• Process loan applications accurately and maintain timely updates in the Referral System
• Cross-sell additional Newtek products and services to enhance customer partnerships

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
• 1-4 years of customer service experience
• Familiarity with financial reports, including business and personal tax returns
• Sales or lending experience is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and intermediate computer skills
